What Groom Match is
Groom Match is a platform that helps pet owners looking for grooming services and professional groomers discover each other. Groom Match does not provide grooming services and is not a party to any agreement between a pet owner and a groomer.
No assignments, no scheduling
Groom Match does not assign clients to groomers and does not schedule appointments. Pet owners decide who they want to work with, and groomers decide which requests fit their business.
Grooming prices
Groom Match does not set grooming service prices. Pricing for grooming services is agreed between the groomer and the pet owner.
Membership and fees
Groomers subscribe to the Founding Groomer Membership, which begins with a 30-day free trial ($0 charged at signup, payment method required) and then renews automatically at $4.99/month unless canceled before the trial ends. The membership provides unlimited connections and full client request details. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; canceled members keep access to existing conversations and connections but cannot unlock new requests until the membership is active again. Groom Match takes no commission from grooming services. Pet owners post requests for free.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the way you communicate with other members. Accounts may be limited or removed for misuse.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Groom Match develops. Continued use of Groom Match means the current terms apply.
